Sucat Community

In 2000, Bro. Noah and Sis. Doris Panis began to share the Word of God to some children who came by their canteen business to ask for water to drink.  Soon the children’s parents came to attend, as well as adults who came to eat at the canteen, and other people in nearby areas. The canteen gave way to become the place for the teaching of God’s Word and the place for worship for the Yeshua Family Communities-Sucat Community with Bro. Noah and Sis. Doris turning to full-time ministry.  The adults and youth grew spiritually to become the leaders of the Sucat Community and serve in the ministries of the of the Yeshua Family Communities at the main church in Makati.

The YFC-Sucat Community in Parañaque has been blessed with the increase in their ministries.   With the sharing of the Word, fellowship, and worship services,  the Community conducts the Sunday school for the children and the youth, also bible studies and discipleship for the workers and adult attendees.  

The Outreach program extends to the neighborhood for feeding and sharing of provisions for the children, such as supplies, groceries, clothes, and hygiene kits.  Family Day, Medical Mission, and Sports Events also bring the Word of God to the people in the area.  As spoken in 2 Corinthians 9:11, those who believe and obey Jesus Christ “will be enriched in every way” so that they “can always be generous.”  

During the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 to 2022, the YFC-Sucat Community continued to proclaim the Word of God and salvation via online services and prayer groups.  In 2023, many children and youth have come to the church and are served following the example of Jesus who said “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it (Luke 18:16-18).

Thanking and praising God for His faithfulness, the YFC-Community continues to be a channel of blessings to an increasing number of children and youth, and outreach areas in Sucat, Parañaque. Onsite and online prayer groups and Shabbat services continue share the Word of God.  In Matthew 28:19-20, Jesus says “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, to the close of the age.”
